Orthopedic Surgeon - Total Joint or Spine

This Orthopedic Surgery position, with a focus on Total Joint or Spine, offers an immediate opportunity for growth within a busy, well-supported environment. The role provides strong surgical volume and access to advanced orthopedic technology, allowing you to build a thriving practice in a high-demand market with robust infrastructure and support.

Practice Info

Employed position within an established, multi-specialty orthopedic group
Mix of approximately 60% outpatient and 40% inpatient care
Average 20 patients per clinic day
8-10 surgical cases per week to start
Practice based primarily at a 480-bed hospital performing the highest surgical volume in the market
Access to advanced technology including Mako robotic system, CORI robot, and Stealth navigation system

Compensation

Salary guarantee plus wRVU production model

Shift & Schedule

Full Time
Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Shared call schedule with approximately 5-6 days per month and one weekend per month

Requirements

BE/BC Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship trained in Total Joint or Spine
Active TX medical license or ability to obtain
