Kitchen Team Member / Cook

We are looking for consistent and dependable kitchen team members who enjoy working side by side with others to build a strong kitchen team. At Culver's, our kitchen team plays a key role in delivering great food, fast service, and an excellent guest experience.

We offer very competitive pay for kitchen team members and a variety of hours. We are willing to work with different schedules, but open availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare workstations, ingredients, and kitchen equipment
• Cook and assemble food according to Culver's standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Work closely with the kitchen team and managers
• Move quickly while staying accurate and focused
• Help maintain quality, freshness, and presentation of food

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work well with others
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must follow directions and food safety procedures
• Must be willing to learn and grow with the team
• Open availability is preferred, but we offer flexible scheduling.

Work Schedule

• 8 hour shift
• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Weekend availability
• Monday to Friday
