Role & Responsibilities Opportunity: Clinic Director & Equity Partner Lead and launch a startup outpatient clinic with the support of a nationally recognized therapy provider. Build clinic location strategy, culture, team development, and patient experience. Develop leadership and team building skills. Recruit, interview, and retain high‑quality staff. Manage clinic operations and financial performance. Grow community outreach and referral programs. Build an organizational culture that retains teammates. Collaborate with experienced leaders to ensure confidence and support before opening doors. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) required. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop a new clinic. Compensation & Equity Base salary $90,000–$110,000 annually (fully paid even before clinic opens). Eligible for a competitive annual Clinic Director bonus plan upon launch. True equity ownership opportunity in the clinic, directly benefiting from its success.
