Market Manager

Role Description The Market Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Nashville Metropolitan Area, with a mix of in-market work and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the Market Manager oversees day-to-day brand execution across assigned territories, including managing distributor relationships, visiting key retailers and on-premise accounts, and ensuring consistent brand standards. Responsibilities include planning and implementing local sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating promotions and events, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reporting and insights to brand and company leadership. The Market Manager will collaborate closely with distributor sales teams, train account staff on brand stories and product knowledge, and identify new opportunities to increase distribution, visibility, and volume. This role requires proactive communication, frequent field visits, and a strong focus on relationship-building and results. Qualifications Strong sales and account management skills, including experience building and maintaining relationships with distributors, retailers, and on-premise partners. Marketing and brand activation skills, with the ability to plan and execute local promotions, events, and campaigns that drive awareness and sales. Analytical and reporting skills, including comfort with sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategy and decision-making. Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, territories, and initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities and confident interpersonal skills for customer-facing interactions. Knowledge of the beverage or spirits industry, including understanding of distribution systems, retail dynamics, and on-premise operations, is strongly preferred. Self-motivated, results-oriented work style, with the ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively with internal and external partners. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent local travel within the Nashville Metropolitan Area and nearby markets. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
