Position Details: Location: 51 Performance Drive, Weymouth, MA, 02189 Department: Radiology - Bone Density Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/weekly, Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm Primary Responsibilities: Performs bone mineral density exams and documents the interpretation of test results Demonstrates competency and works in accordance with established policies and procedures Provides excellent customer service and support Possesses ability to effectively communicate with patients as well as other members of the health care team You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit Within one year must become ISCD (International Society for Clinical Densitometry) as a Certified Bone Densitometry Technologist (CBDT) Must complete manufacturer's applications training on equipment 2+ years of experience working with patients in a clinical setting as a medical assistant or radiology assistant Preferred Qualifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience in a job requiring ability to multi‑task and prioritise Knowledge of medical terminology Proven solid interpersonal, customer service, time management, computer and organisational skills Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labour markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programmes, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
