Elevation Global is expanding throughout Arizona, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Event Marketing Associates .
This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with customers, represent established brands, and gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotional campaigns, and business development.
At Elevation Global, we believe the best marketing happens through genuine human connections. Our team specializes in face-to-face customer engagement, interactive brand promotions, and customer acquisition campaigns designed to help our clients expand their market presence.
No previous marketing experience is required! We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
What You'll Do
- Represent client brands at retail events, promotional campaigns, and community-based marketing initiatives.
- Engage directly with customers to introduce products, services, and promotional offers.
- Create positive, memorable brand experiences through face-to-face interactions.
- Assist with event setup, promotional materials, and campaign execution.
- Support customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign goals and performance targets.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market insights to leadership.
- Participate in ongoing training in marketing, sales, communication, and leadership development.
