- Interpret imaging orders prescribedby physicians and other healthcare providers
- Operate and maintain CT imagingequipment to ensure optimal performance and diagnostic accuracy
- Prepare and properly positionpatients for imaging procedures
- Ensure patient safety& comfortthroughout the procedure andexplainthe processes to patients and address any questions or concerns asrequired
- Administer IVs containingcontrast dyes as required to enhanceimaging quality
- Accurately maintain detailed recordsof imaging procedures and patient information
- Participate in ongoing training andprofessional development to stay current with CT technology, technique andbest practices
- Graduate of an accreditedRadiologic Technology program
- Current ARRT certification required
- Current BLS/CPR certification orability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Minimum of 1 year of experiencepreferred
- Successful completion of backgroundcheck and drug screening
