Warehouse AssociateLocated in Hebron, KY, Netrush is looking for individuals to join our warehousing team to help with our shipping and receiving operations. In this position, you will be performing a variety of tasks including picking, packing, labeling, and scanning outgoing shipments. This is a fast-paced environment that focuses on safety, quality, and productivity. Do you work hard, always show up on time, work well with others? If so, Netrush is the place for you.Duties and Responsibilities:Prepares items for shipment by scanning and pulling inventory into pick orderFollow internal SOPs for correct packing materials and shipping labelsPack orders to the customer's requirement and/or from provided specificationsMeet established productivity standards and quality standardsPerforms other related duties as assignedFollow safety regulationsRequirements:Able to stand for 8-10 hours per dayAbility to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.Available for overtime, as neededHave reliable transportation to and from workAbility to consistently move in a full range of motionAbility to perform tasks under pressure, and within a deadline driven environmentDetail orientedExcellent command of the English language in both written and verbal communicationCompensation and Benefits:Hourly rate starts at $17.00, $17.25 or $17.50 depending on shiftHealth, Dental, Vision, Long-term Disability, and Life insurance benefits for full-time employeesPTO accrual, Sick Leave, and Paid HolidaysTraditional and Roth 401k with employer matchAccess to a full suite of mental health servicesCollaborative work environment**Offer is contingent on the successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
