Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator

Location: WILMER, TX

Pay Range: $21/hr plus incentive program

Shift: 3pm-3am Days Vary

What's the Job?

• Operate standing deep reach forklifts, pallet jacks, and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during all operations
• Support team members with various warehouse tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Prior experience with standing deep reach lift, preferably with Crown and/or Yale brands
• Ability to work in cold environment (28-55 F)
• Ability to lift 100-120lbs manually as needed
• Ability to operate mechanical equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
