What You’ll Do Create a secure environment where children explore and grow at their own pace. Develop play‑based lesson plans tailored to your students' unique needs. Assessments are integrated with AI to allow for families to partner in seeing their children growth. Build deep connections with families and celebrate "magical moments" of early development. Qualifications A genuine passion for early childhood education and a warm demeanor. Childcare experience (preferred for bonus eligibility). Reliability and a team‑player attitude.
