Senior Test Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced test manager in our test team. This role focuses on developing new capabilities, with responsibilities in test enablement, new tooling, recipe development, and analysis to support decisions. This role works within the broader photonics organization. Responsibilities Improve system throughput and capabilities for electrical and optical test, focused on wafer and edge coupling platforms. Develop circuit level test capability and extend to high speed yield capable testing. Increase tool throughput and availability by designing improved hardware and software. Design repair plans for complex failures, and proactive monitoring solutions to avoid issues. Work with component development engineers and extend capabilities and improve high volume testing. Experience/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field; PhD preferred 10 years of experience in the following areas: Photonic test or characterization, especially at wafer scale/probe scale. Electronic, RF, and photonic IC testing. Lab and production scale practice in imaging and fiber measurement. Experience with software development and software management and planning.
