Dispatch Operator

Pay Rate: $14.00 $15.00 per hour Training Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM for approximately 3-4 weeks Regular Schedule: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred Strong computer skills required Excellent typing and data entry abilities

Experience Requirements

Minimum 2 years of administrative, dispatch, call center, or customer service experience required Professional telephone etiquette and communication skills Experience handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Reliable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules

Job Duties

Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service Route calls, messages, and emergency notifications according to client protocols Transfer calls and document customer interactions accurately Monitor business email accounts and route communications appropriately Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, filing, faxing, and copying Maintain client and customer information confidentiality Enter daily reports, charges, and account information into company systems Review, edit, and maintain records and documentation Restock office supplies, workstations, bathrooms, and kitchen areas Remove trash and help maintain a clean work environment Attend staff meetings and support operational needs as assigned
