This role serves as a change agent to drive quality system effectiveness, support compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across assigned areas. The QST works closely with operations, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure processes meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor. Therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures and housekeeping standards at all times.Minimum Qualifications:Associate degree in Quality, Business, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field; or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of two years of relevant manufacturing, quality, compliance, auditing, training, document-control, or process-improvement experience. Experience in quality system components, such as described above.
