Emergency Medicine Physician AssistantSpectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant working with military families at Joint Base Andrews in Washington, D.C.Requirements:Bachelor's degreeBe a graduate of a Physician Assistant Training Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA), or its predecessors, and acceptable to the Surgeon General, USAF, is mandatory.Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician's Assistants (NCCPA)Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant (Any State)Have at least 24 months of experience as an Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant within the last 36 months in the specialty.In addition to the education requirements listed, specialty PAs must complete residency or fellowship training of 12 months or more in a medical specialty program acceptable to the DHA.BLSWork Schedule:Monday - FridayNo nights, weekends, or holidays8 hours a dayCompany Overview:Spectrum Healthcare Resources (SHR) was established in 1988 to deliver systems and processes designed to meet the unique needs of Military and VA Health Systems.
