Evoke is seeking a Website Developer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Leading Production, Modification, and Maintenance: Lead the production, modification, and maintenance of websites and web application user interfaces, ensuring they align with organizational goals and user needs.
• Requirements Development: Collaborate with stakeholders and the web design team to capture and develop requirements into functional and visually appealing websites.
• Optimization and User Experience: Ensure websites are optimized for user experience and conversion, integrating them seamlessly with other FCC services and carefully considering information architecture.
• Stay Updated with Web Design Technologies: Keep abreast of the latest web design technologies and techniques, incorporating them into FCC website creation processes.
• Standardization and Consistency: Drive consistent standards and approaches throughout the web team to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Critical Support: Assist in resolving critical support issues by utilizing experience to identify issues, generate ideas and proposed solutions, and develop appropriate resolutions promptly.
• Technical Strategy and Implementation: Oversee the technical strategy and implementation of FCC internal development stream activities, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and FCC standards.
• Strategic and Technical Advice: Provide strategic and technical advice for FCC web projects, leveraging expertise in web development and management.

Professional Experience and Skills:

• Proficiency in website management and development.
• Strong PHP programming skills.
• Knowledge of website infrastructure and architecture.
• Experience in database management.

Education and Years of Experience:

• Bachelors Degree of equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a web team, preferably in a Drupal environment.

Security Clearance

• Applicants selected must be eligible to work in the United States, be subject to a government security investigation, and meet eligibility requirements for access to protected information.

Work Location

• Washington, DC (100% on-site)
