Practice Manager

Bloom Mental Health is a clinician-led outpatient psychiatry practice in Littleton, CO, specializing in complex psychiatric care, including treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, OCD, misophonia, hormone-related mood changes, and neurodevelopmental disorders like autism. Our team also collaborates with other specialties and is developing clinical research programs. We are growing and seeking a Practice Manager to oversee clinic operations, lead the administrative team, and support our clinicians while ensuring a smooth, patient-centered experience. PM experience directly related to the Psychiatry/Mental Health is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and mentor administrative and front desk staff Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coverage Develop and maintain office procedures, SOPs, and workflows Track operational metrics (KPIs) and implement improvements Serve as liaison with outsourced billing and revenue cycle management team Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements Support clinicians and patients with professionalism and empathy Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and practice growth Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management , Healthcare Administration , Business , or related field 3–5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems, Excel/Sheets, and workflow/project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) Preferred: Experience in outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health Familiarity with revenue cycle management Comfortable supporting neurodivergent and sensory-sensitive populations Full-time, primarily on-site (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) Occasional after-hours availability for urgent operational questions (typically 1–2x per month) Light office maintenance tasks (lifting Supportive, growth-oriented culture with opportunities for leadership development Why Join Bloom Mental Health?
