This job is responsible for managing complex initiatives across a broad group of analytical resources. Key responsibilities include managing components of large reporting platforms to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions and engaging with clients and senior leadership. Job expectations include responding to business needs and enhancing how reporting is developed and delivered at Bank of America. Responsibilities: Collaborates with business stakeholders, developing the vision and strategy for delivering and maintaining innovative automated business intelligence solutions to support data-driven business decisions Manages the end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, collaborating across partner teams to deliver on desired outcomes Leads the design, development, and maintenance of automated data extract, transform, and load processes from various database platforms, storing data in 'Fit for Use' relational tables Oversees appropriate focus, prioritization, and alignment of resources to ensure on-time delivery of work while following established procedures and quality guidelines Provides technical solutions and learns new technology to fulfill the project needs, while staying current on the latest solutions available in the industry Partners closely with stakeholders and executive management, to ensure seamless integration and adoption of business intelligence solutions Managerial Responsibilities: This position may also have responsibilities for managing associates. The RCO Horizontal Reporting and Analytics team is seeking an analytically driven senior leader to support critical initiatives, drive decisions with data and improve overall performance across the organization. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of relevant experience Demonstrated advanced analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with large, complex datasets Strong communication skills, including ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level insights Understanding of workflow, SLAs, and operational performance metrics Experience developing and delivering strategic recommendations Experience managing undedicated resources or influencing without authority Strong attention to detail with ability to tell a clear story with data Skills: Analytical Thinking Business Analytics Data and Trend Analysis Problem Solving Collaboration Innovative Thinking Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing Presentation Skills Risk Management Data Visualization Oral Communications Written Communications Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Bank of America
