Starting pay for adults: $11 to $14 an hour, based on experience and availability. Positions are open throughout the Dayton area, with great opportunities for advancement.

As a Crew Person, your responsibilities may include:

• Greeting customers with a friendly smile
• Taking accurate food orders
• Preparing McDonald's World-Famous food, including cooking, frying, and grilling
• Working with the crew and managers to hit shift goals
• Keeping the restaurant clean
• Stocking items to ensure everything's ready when needed
