Associate Project Manager

Role & Responsibility

• Partner with Account Managers, Performance Teams, and internal stakeholders to support project planning, execution, and delivery
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, task ownership, and key milestones to keep work on track
• Manage project workflows within Wrike, ensuring tasks move efficiently from kickoff through completion
• Maintain visibility into team availability, project priorities, deadlines, and potential resource constraints
• Coordinate across creative, strategy, media, and development teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Review project progress and proactively identify risks, blockers, or opportunities to improve outcomes
• Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately, reviewed appropriately, and meet client expectations
• Facilitate weekly status meetings, capture action items, and help teams stay accountable
• Serve as a resource for workflow questions and help teams navigate processes effectively
• Support process improvements by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, communication, and collaboration
• Assist with freelancer coordination and resource planning as needed

If you’re right for the role, you will…

• Have 1-3 years of project coordination or project management experience , ideally within an advertising, marketing, digital, or creative environment
• Have experience using project management tools such as Wrike, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms
• Be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Be a proactive problem solver who enjoys taking initiative and finding solutions
• Be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
• Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different teams
• Bring a positive, “can-do” attitude and enjoy being part of a fun, fast-paced, growing company
• Be curious, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills and processes
• Have a basic understanding of digital marketing strategies, creative workflows, or client services
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field or have equivalent professional experience
