HVAC Technician - Vermont IL

Nature's Grace and Wellness is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented HVAC technician that is skilled in cleaning, adjusting, maintaining, and repairing systems.

Responsibilities for HVAC

• Operate, maintain, and repair all equipment used for heating, ventilation, humidifiers, and air condition units throughout the entire facility.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining inventories, supply requests, and work orders.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.

Qualifications for HVAC

• 2-5 years of experience preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable making decisions independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as demonstrates good computer skills
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age to apply

• Must be able to pass a federal background check
