We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate Bilingual Medical Claims Processor to join our growing team in Glastonbury, CT.

Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively support our diverse client base.

Key responsibilities include processing and adjusting medical insurance claims, reviewing Explanation of Benefits and medical terminology, researching and resolving claim discrepancies, responding to inbound calls from clients and medical providers regarding claim status and payments, placing outbound calls to providers and insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims, processing medical payments and assisting with client appeals, maintaining accurate financial records, auditing outgoing payments, monitoring workflow, managing call logs, and supporting team productivity.

Qualifications include fluency in Spanish and English, an associate's degree preferred, 24 years of experience in medical claims processing, medical billing, or insurance customer service, proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet-based systems, and claims management software, and medical billing/coding or insurance claims processing certification.
