Job Description: This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry. Responsibilities: Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas Required Qualifications: Candidates should have strong computer science background, critical thinking, problem solving, and interpersonal skill along with a willingness to be highly collaborative in coming up with solutions. Responsible for development effort of many critical application in payments, wealth for authentication, authorization and support operational excellence with never-down strategy. Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, supports, maintains and tests applications that support business units and functions. Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex distributed applications. Proven hands-on experience (5-7 years) as a Full Stack developer with hands-on knowledge of JAVA, Spring Framework, Agile, Containers, MicroServices, REST Services. Web services development with SOAP/REST frameworks using multiple protocols. Relational database experience and demonstrated abilities in using SQL. Working knowledge of using Agile methodology in a fast paced environment and supporting program increments leading to delivery of features/stories. Demonstrated record of developing successful applications that are highly integrated and reliable Candidates should have the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance from more seasoned tech leads. Desired Qualifications: 6+ years of relevant work experience Proficiency in programming language(s) required for the role Demonstrated experience with Git, BitBucket, Jenkins, Ansible, Artifactory, Sonar, and JIRA. Working knowledge with KAFKA, MQ, Cassandra(NovSQL) Experience in Redis and Cochroach DB. Coordinating with external vendors and assisting in resolving technical complexities. Facilitates team planning ceremonies against backlog /prioritized work; Understands risks and can apply the controls necessary to mitigate; Knows when to escalate risks. Is there a job description available? 3. Assess –Think about your skills, abilities, knowledge, interests, traits, values and accomplishments. Match them to what you know about the job. Consider which ones you should highlight. 4. Prepare Answers –Think about what the interviewer may ask, determine what the best answer is and write it down. 5. Prepare Questions – Interviewing is a two-way street. By asking thoughtful questions, you communicate your interest and learn a lot about the job. Choose two or three questions to ask your interviewer. Avoid asking a lot of questions about vacation time or breaks. 6. Practice – It may seem awkward, but it is the best way to come across well in an interview. Practice your own "great responses" with others or in front of a mirror until you appear relaxed and at ease. 7. Follow-up – Send a brief follow-up letter to the interviewer.
