Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Logistics
Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
Role Senior Manager, Clinical Supply Chain Logistics, overseeing global distribution and supply planning for clinical trial materials. Responsibilities develop and manage clinical supply plans aligned with trial protocols forecast demand, track inventory and expiry dates, coordinate logistics, and oversee packaging/labeling activities collaborate closely with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and external partners investigate supply issues and optimize supply chain processes Requirements bachelor's in Biological Sciences or related minimum 8 years industry experience, notably 5+ years in healthcare logistics or distribution strong knowledge of GxP regulations, clinical supply chain planning, and cold chain logistics experience with IRT, clinical asset tracking, and labeling for domestic/international studies familiarity with ERP systems preferred HighValue experience managing controlled substances or hazardous materials advantageous roles involve cross-functional collaboration, regulatory compliance, and international logistics WorkSetup based in Chicago periodic evening/weekend work and travel may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
