Employee Relations Investigator

To support a leading technology client, the remote Employee Relations Investigator will conduct high-volume workplace investigations related to employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions of complex issues. Key responsibilities: Conduct workplace investigations involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other policy violations Interview employees and stakeholders, prepare investigative findings, and collaborate with HR and Employee Relations teams for timely resolutions Ensure investigations are conducted fairly, thoroughly, and in compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies Required qualifications: 5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment Availability to work a 4:00 PM-12:00 AM shift remotely Experience conducting high-volume workplace investigations, preferably in a large technology company Strong knowledge of workplace investigation best practices and employment laws, including Title VII
