Quick Facts Location: Mansfield, OH Start Date: 06/13/2026 Duration: Ongoing per diem, with specific dates available Shift: 24-hour in-house shifts for OB/GYN emergencies Hours/Week: Varies based on schedule Employment Type: Per diem License/Certs: Board-certified OB/GYN required Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $230.10/hour Pay Package: Discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide OB triage, inpatient care, and delivery services at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital Collaborate with community OBs and a multidisciplinary OB critical care team Manage obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, including trauma evaluations for pregnant patients Coordinate obstetric care and follow-up for hospitalized patients Communicate in real-time with office physicians regarding triage visits, new issues, and deliveries Support the healthcare team in managing OB inpatients during 24-hour shifts What You Need Required: Board certification in OB/GYN Ohio medical license or eligibility At least 2 years of OB/GYN experience Preferred: Prior hospitalist or inpatient OB experience Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated team at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital to provide essential OB/GYN hospitalist services.
