Nursing Profession LTC Shift Details: Shift 07:00 AM - 02:00 PM, Shifts Per Week 3, Scheduled Hours 21. Job Order Details: Start Date 10/07/2025, End Date 03/07/2026, Duration 22 Week(s), Float Required No, Call Required No. Client Details: City Waterloo, State NY, Zip Code 13165. Cancellation Policy: Client may cancel two (2) shifts in a two (2) week period. Said shifts are defined as a regular shift (i.e., twelve (12) hours in one (1) workday or eight (8) hours in a day or as otherwise agreed to among Client, Managing Supplier and Approved Vendor). Client cannot break down the two (2) shift cancellations into hourly increments. After an Approved Vendor HCP has begun working on an assignment, either Client or the Approved Vendor may cancel a long-term assignment without any penalty if a fourteen (14) day advance notice is provided to the other party. If less than a fourteen (14) day advance notice is given by the cancelling party, then the cancelling party will reimburse the other party for three (3) shifts at the Approved Vendor HCP's current assignment bill rate.
