CALLING ALL TREE CLIMBERS!Our clients love us, because we love ensuring they have safe, healthy, and beautiful home environments. Are you currently working in the tree care industry and looking to make a change? Joshua Tree Experts, Fairfield County, CT premier tree care, lawn care, and pest control professionals, is searching for an experienced Tree Climber!As a Tree Climber with Joshua Tree Experts you will work alongside a 2 to 4-person tree crew. You will be assisting in tree removal, tree pruning, and general tree preservation techniques. Being a Climber is an extremely important role for Tree Crew. Climber's are responsible for ensuring safe tree operations, maintaining assigned equipment, and communicating with effectively with crew. We are dedicated to expanding our coworkers' knowledge and abilities. This is why Joshua Tree Experts offers paid training to Tree Climbers to ensure they have the latest understanding of industry technology and techniques.What a Tree Climber does:Communicates with crew leader and coworkers effectivelyMaintain professional imageProvide excellent customer serviceDelegate work to Groundman Operations SpecialistMaintain vehicle and assigned equipmentFollow company safety cultureUnderstand and follow ANSI standards for Tree Care OperationsMust be available to work at least 40 hours per weekUnderstanding of aerial lift operationsWhat a Tree Climber must have:HS Diploma or GEDAt least 2 years experience of tree climbing, rigging, removals.Valid driver's licenseWhat can Joshua Tree Experts do for YOU:A culture focused on SAFETYCareer advancement opportunities!Company that values a great WORK/LIFE balanceHolidays, and PTO DaysPaid Training and Education to obtain Industry certifications and licensingCome and join Joshua Tree, a BETTER team of tree care professionals.
