SageWest Health Care is seeking an experienced General Surgeon. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming, including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. About The Position Surgery takes place at the Lander site Team: 1 full-time and one contracted surgeon. Options for hospital employment and/or independent practice. Qualifications BC in General Surgery Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority Our Notable Highlights Community Trauma Hospital (Lander) with full OB and surgical services Mammography services have earned a three-year accreditation from the American College of Radiology (ACR) Advanced diagnostic imaging (CT, MRI, 3D mammography, ultrasound, etc.) Broad service lines including primary care, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, women s health Chest Pain Center accreditation for quality cardiac care Recognized with top safety and civic leadership grades by Leapfrog and Lown Institute Committed to community benefit significant investments in technology and uncompensated care Recruitment Package May Include Compensation in the MGMA 50th-75th% inclusive of wRVU production incentive
