Make extended service contracts and other protection programs available to customers / Utilize the menu selling process. Ensure necessary documentation for each deal is complete by utilizing a deal checklist. Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards. Work closely with sales team. Follow all processes. Ensure all organisational activities/operations are carried out in compliance with organisational guidelines and local/state/federal regulations and laws governing business operations. Oversee completion and submission of all financing documents. Act as liaison between the customer and the lending institution. Reinforce company policies / adhere to company standards / reporting requirements. Attend weekly manager meetings. Qualities required: Previous Finance Manager experience. Must be documented $1,800+ PVR and 200% Product penetration producer. Experience with Docupador similar a plus. Reynolds and Reynolds experience helpful. Additional Requirements: 3 current references (exclude friend or family).
