Responsibilities: Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner to provide exceptional service and support. Educate clients on the Illinois Shines Program, ensuring they understand its benefits and how it aligns with their needs by going solar. Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving client interactions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity. Identify opportunities for process improvements and share recommendations with the team. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills, fostering personal growth and development. Qualifications: Experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically, ensuring clients feel heard and valued. Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client interactions. Ability to identify and suggest process improvements, contributing to a culture of continuous growth. Comfortable participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills. Compensation: 20 - 22 hourly
