Job Summary:
The operating room professional position is located in Hartford, Connecticut. The role involves working in the surgical environment, supporting various procedures and patient care activities. The position offers flexible shift options, including early mornings, with a focus on providing high-quality operative support.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shifts are available, with options for 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM (40 hours per week) or 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM (36 hours per week). Up to six call shifts are assigned per six-week schedule, with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts. Weekday call shifts are from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Weekend call shifts are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Weekend coverage is every fourth weekend.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in operating room procedures, valid licensure, and a minimum of 1 year of related experience. Educational requirements include relevant healthcare certifications or degrees. Location for the assignment is in Hartford, Connecticut.
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications and experience in specialized surgical procedures are desirable.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves supporting surgical teams, adhering to facility protocols, and maintaining patient safety standards during operative procedures.
