Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements related to ACH payments and NACHA file processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement payment workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with NACHA rules and regulations in all payment-related processes.
  • Document functional specifications, process flows, and data mappings.
  • Support testing and validation of NACHA files and ACH transactions.
  • Liaise with financial institutions and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve payment issues.
  • Monitor ACH file transmissions and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on NACHA/ACH processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services domain.
  • Hands-on experience with NACHA file formats and ACH payment processing.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, banking operations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, and business process modeling software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
