This role will focus on driving revenue through the sale of RSM’s consulting services, with a focus on Data & AI solutions, including strategy, data foundation, analytics/AI implementation, governance/security, and ongoing data/AI managed services.This BD Director will play a critical role in expanding our presence in the middle market by aligning modern data platforms, AI capabilities, and cloud transformation services to client business outcomes.The Business Development Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the sales process, including systematic prospect targeting, development of opportunity-specific sales strategies, and quarterbacking pursuits from origination through close.
