A prestigious, busy, and growing business litigation law firm with offices in Miami and Ocala is hiring an experienced, senior-level Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney for its Coral Gables offices.
This candidate will handle complex, high-stakes commercial litigation, oral advocacy, and appellate matters, and represent clients in court and in arbitration proceedings.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of State and Federal Court litigation experience
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills; this is not template-based writing...
- Strong legal research skills
- Desire to work and grow in diverse areas of complex litigation
- Creative problem solver!
- Moot Court, Law Review, or law journal experience
- Florida Bar admission is required
