The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day asset management of a portfolio of residential development finance partnerships. This includes managing sponsor relationships, collaborating with the investment management team, and providing strategic oversight and reporting. The role demands a high level of performance management, underwriting, and land development monitoring, as well as a focus on capital and draw management. The AVP will also be expected to champion process improvement initiatives and ensure the proper use of proprietary asset management software. Applicants for the Associate Vice President, Asset Management position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a master’s degree preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years' of asset management experience in private credit, real estate private equity, homebuilding, land development, or BTR/SFR investment platforms is required.
