What you will do…
The HR Coordinator, Talent & Engagement plays a critical role in supporting company-wide engagement initiatives, enhancing the associate experience, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role partners closely with the Amsterdam Supply Chain team to support recruitment, onboarding, and learning & development efforts while building strong community relationships to develop future talent pipelines.
As a flexible and creative HR team member, this position also supports internal communications and serves as a key contributor to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate has strong organizational and project coordination skills, high attention to detail and ability multi-task priorities.

About the Work Environment…
This is an on-site position that is located at our Amsterdam, NY, LEED® certified production facility. Most job functions are performed in a well-lit, environmentally controlled office environment. As a manufacturing location, this position may require one to be in an environment that requires hairnet, beard cover, safety glasses, hearing protection and lab coat. Restrictions include wearing of jewelry, nail polish and acrylic nails. Other personal protection equipment may be required for certain tasks.
What You’ll Do…
Talent Acquisition Execution
Support full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation
Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process aligned with business needs
Maintain and track candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics
Assist with onboarding coordination, including new hire paperwork, Day 1 logistics, and orientation support
Ensure compliance with employment eligibility requirements (e.g., I-9 and E-Verify processes)
Coordinate assimilation plans and/or training checklists
Community & Talent Pipeline Development
Build and maintain relationships with local colleges, community organizations, and workforce programs to support talent pipelines
Represent the organization at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach initiatives
Support internship programs and early career talent initiatives
Employee Engagement & Experience
Lead and support engagement initiatives such as company events, wellness programs, and recognition activities (e.g., holiday events, employee programs)
Coordinates employee celebrations (retirement, births, marriages) including scheduling of event and ordering of gifts.
Learning & Development Support
Coordinate training programs and learning initiatives for the Amsterdam Supply Chain team
Schedule training sessions, track attendance, and maintain training records
HR Admin in the Learning Management System (LMS)
Internal Communications
Support the development and distribution of internal communications related to HR programs, engagement activities, and key initiatives
Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure consistent, clear, and engaging messaging across the organization
Create templates and content for both internal communications and external for social platforms
Communicate Org changes through, departure announcements and maintaining organizational charts
Stimulate culture of recognition through building employee shout out social media posts
HR Administrative Support
Supports Supply Chain HR business partner with employee relations such as attendance, discipline and follow-up
Comfortable working and supporting team members in a manufacturing environment
Other responsibilities may be assigned to support the HR and Supply Chain Teams in Amsterdam, NY

What You’ll Need…
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR or a related field strongly preferred
Minimum requirement: High School Diploma with relevant experience or Associate’s degree with some general HR or recruitment experience
3+ years of entry level HR experience and corporate communications
Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization
Creative design skills are a plus
Proficiency with HRIS systems (SAP Success Factors, ADP etc.)

Pay: The annual base salary range for this in-person role is $50,000 – 63,000. This is a salaried exempt position.
