Location: Better Baseball Superstore - 133 Carruth Dr SE, Marietta, GA 30060 Position Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Data Entry Specialist owns the accuracy and integrity of product and purchasing data within NetSuite. This role is responsible for the end-to-end creation of new items, the ongoing maintenance of the item master, and the timely, accurate entry of purchase orders. Working at the intersection of the Purchasing, E-Commerce, and Warehouse teams, the Specialist ensures that every item is set up correctly the first time and that incoming inventory is captured cleanly, enabling reliable reporting, smooth receiving, and accurate sales across all channels. Advanced Microsoft Excel High level of organization and extreme attention to detail Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent problem‑solving abilities Comfort with change and the ability to wear multiple hats as part of an evolving organization Technical Proficiency Bonus Qualifications: Previous Baseball Knowledge NetSuite Experience Oracle Experience Forecasting Knowledge Item Creation & Management (40%) Own end-to-end item creation in NetSuite using standardized Excel import templates, ensuring every new SKU launches with complete, accurate, and properly categorized data on the first pass. Maintain ongoing data integrity across the item: pricing, UPCs, categories, dimensions, brand and attribute fields so that downstream reporting, analysis, and replenishment run on clean, trustworthy data. Audit and correct existing item records proactively, resolving duplicates, mismatched UPCs, and incomplete fields before they create errors in purchasing or fulfillment. Partner with the Purchasing and E-Commerce teams to confirm product calibration is correct, verifying that items are set up to sell, ship, and report accurately across both brick‑and‑mortar and online channels. Purchase Order Entry (30%) Work directly with the Purchasing team to enter purchase orders accurately and efficiently, smoothing the workflow for the warehouse receiving team and reducing friction at product arrival. Manage POs through their full lifecycle: entering and updating quantities, costs, due dates, and any circumstantial changes to minimize discrepancies and rework when product is received. Reconcile PO details against vendor confirmations and item records up front, so receiving variances, cost mismatches, and short‑shipments are caught before they hit the floor. Serve as the connective point across Purchasing, E‑Commerce, Warehouse, and Accounting to ensure every box is checked on item creation and PO entry before product moves. Translate requirements between teams, flag gaps early, and keep all stakeholders aligned on item setup and incoming inventory. Document and standardize processes so item and PO workflows stay consistent and repeatable as volume and the product catalog grow. Communicate directly with vendors to confirm pricing, quantities, lead times, and product specifications, ensuring accurate data entry at the source. Resolve discrepancies in cost, UPC, or item detail with vendors before they propagate into NetSuite or the receiving process. Build and maintain reliable vendor data relationships that support clean item creation, accurate POs, and on‑time inventory flow. #J-18808-Ljbffr
