Network Administrator IIMonitor all WAN and LANs and work with service providers on any voice / data circuit issuesHelp configure, install, monitor, and troubleshoot routers, switches, wireless networks, and phones at any of our locationsHelp configure and manage firewalls at the branch and data center levelsAssist with updating software / firmware on existing solutions in the fieldAssist sales with providing solutions to customer needs and problemsResearch and evaluate new networking technologiesAssist in planning, consulting with vendors for purchases of hardware, software and/or servicesKeep current with new products for system / networking enhancementsAssist with network security supportProvide tier II helpdesk support to our employees and customersAssist tier I with resolving issues as necessaryParticipate in departmental projects as requiredQualifications:CCNA Required, Security+ a plusExcellent customer service skillsExcellent organizational and problem solving skillsComfortability in working in a close team environmentKnowledge of TCP/IP networking IPv4, IPv6, BGP, EIGRP, static routingKnowledge of DHCP, DNS, and VPNsKnowledge of Cisco terminology and command lineExperience with the following is a plus: Cisco ASA, Cisco Call-Manager, Cisco WLC for wireless access points, MPLS and QOS, Microsoft DNS, Active Directory, CUBE, and CME.Experience in working within a Desktop Support environment is a plusCat5 cabling experience is a plusLinux terminology and command knowledge is a plusExperience in using a "ticketing" system to manage workload is preferred.Job Type: Full-Time Contact: Kelsey Pate (936)715-4010Location: Nacogdoches, TX (NacSpace - ERP - 167)
