Salary: $95,000 - $145,000 per year

Job Details
5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC
Experience leading TI, remodel, or fast-track interior projects
Ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and schedules across multiple projects
Experience with retail or restaurant construction is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
