Maintenance Worker

All benefits contingent on working a scheduled 40‑hour week. Responsibilities Provide routine and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with supervisory staff to design and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance system. Monitor and ensure supplies, tools, and equipment inventories. Assist in performance of janitorial and groundskeeping duties as directed. Ensure ethical and professional standards of practice are maintained. Attend all assigned meetings, staff meetings, and designated training sessions. Perform repairs due to wear and tear, trouble shooting, and problem solving. Landscape and paint as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school graduate or GED. Significant related experience in building maintenance. Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and skill in construction, electrical, and plumbing work. Ability and availability to be mobile and to perform maintenance and repair work in all facilities. Skilled in MS Word and Outlook. Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Availability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
