This role ensures compliance with PEZA and customs regulations, oversees shipping activities (small/heavy parcels), and leads a team to deliver efficient and timely logistics operations.**About the job:*** Oversee daily import/export activities, shipment planning, and coordination with forwarders, brokers, and carriers.* Ensure proper processing of PEZA permits (IP, EP, LOA) and maintain audit-ready documentation in line with regulations.* Manage air, and sea shipments, ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery* Supervise Import, Export, Small Parcel, and PEZA processing teams; manage workload, performance, and development.* Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics and strong service performance.* Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and provide regular performance and compliance reports.* Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels**About you:*** Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field* 5+ years of work experience in import/export operations and 2+ years in a leadership role* Strong experience in PEZA operations and compliance* Knowledge of customs regulations, shipping processes, and SAP#LF\_FE1At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
