This position supports aircraft maintenance operations by performing troubleshooting, repair, inspection, and maintenance on customer aircraft while contributing to a safe, compliant, and high-quality service environment. The role requires direct collaboration with customers and internal teams to ensure aircraft airworthiness and timely return to service, while maintaining adherence to regulatory and company standards.

#Education & Job Requirements
*High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
*A minimum of 3 years of experience on corporate aircraft.
*Valid and current FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license.
*Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
*Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.
*Basic PC skills.
*Ability to obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required.
*Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge if applicable.

#Job Duties & Functions
*Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
*Work directly with customers to identify issues and provide solutions.
*Maintain and control a basic set of hand tools.
*Support aircraft return-to-service activities in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

#Physical Requirements & Environment
*Ability to work unscheduled overtime, including non-scheduled workdays and holidays.
*Ability to work any shift.
