We are looking for a Visual Effects Artist who can provide the following visuals for a romantic comedy feature film: 4 screens created and composited onto an iPhone 1 shot of a burst of sparks from an electrical outlet 1 scene with added rain 1 camera zoom from LA to Earth, through the solar system, and finally to a view of the Milky Way galaxy Beauty touch ups The schedule for completing this work is 2-3 months. Examples of our raw footage: Experience Resume and reel showcasing Visual Effects A passion for storytelling through visuals Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability Proficiency in relevant software such as Maya, Nuke, or Adobe After Effects About Disconnected Film LLC "Disconnected" is a Romantic Comedy about two stressed out Angelenos in a strained marriage who celebrate their anniversary by going on a digital diet at a secluded cabin in the wilderness where they strive to reconnect with nature and each-other.
