Direct Support Professional (FT/2nd)

Description Verland is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for providing Exceptional Care to the individuals that call Verland their Home. Salary and Sign on Bonus New Wage $19.25/hr Sign on Bonus $2,000 House Information House Name: Center Grange Location: Monaca, PA 15061 Shift Information Full Time- 32 hours 3pm - 11pm Sunday / Monday / Friday / Saturday Role Overview The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for individualized care and ongoing support for people in our community with complex physical, medical and intellectual challenges. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Contributions Enrich and support the lives of our residents while maintaining a safe and healthy environment Introduce and encourage skill development through active treatment activities Implement individualized programs; record all observations and daily progress notes. Completion of training is required at the start of employment.
