Customer Experience Representative Basic Job Responsibilities: Work in inbound call center to enter orders and handle issues for our customers Support our national field sales team Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems. Willing to learn product and customer needs Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Customer Experience Representative Qualifications / Skills Great personality and character Quality focus Problem solving Resolving conflict Analyzing information Multi-tasking QUALIFICATIONS: Self-motivated, self-starting, and disciplined individual Ability to quickly synthesize and use new information Familiarity with eCommerce website solutions Strong phone presence and experience handling calls all day Strong interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in Microsoft 365 products M365 Dynamics CRM product is a major plus Strong organizational and time management skills.
