Join a dynamic nursing team at a pediatric hospital, providing direct patient care across various units including NICU, ED, and PICU. Responsibilities Include Applying medical-surgical nursing standards to enhance patient care and quality of life. Establishing relationships with patients and families to develop personalized care plans. Using the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Considering physical, cultural, social, and spiritual factors in care strategies. Collaborating with healthcare teams and advocating for patients. Educating families on health maintenance and comfort measures. Mentoring colleagues and fostering a positive work environment. Applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs. Performing point of care testing and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program. At least one year of RN experience. Valid RN license and BLS certification. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform necessary tasks.
