The Ambulatory Surgery Center Director of Nursing will oversee all clinical operations across Pre-Op, the Operating Room, and PACU. This leader will ensure compliance with CMS, AAAHC, Joint Commission, and state regulatory standards while promoting quality improvement and patient safety. The Perioperative Director of Nursing will also manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and supply oversight to support efficient daily operations. Candidates should be comfortable providing clinical support in the Operating Room when needed.

Reporting to executive leadership, the Surgery Center Director of Nursing will mentor an experienced team of nurses and perioperative professionals in a collaborative environment. This role partners closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to optimize patient care and surgical efficiency. Responsibilities include staff development, performance management, infection prevention, and ongoing regulatory readiness. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills will be key to success.
