Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role.
This position combines sales, customer relationship management, and project
oversight.
You will work directly with homeowners to guide them through the roofing
process—from initial inspection to project completion—while ensuring a seamless and
positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through self-generated leads, referrals, and company-
provided opportunities
Conduct roof and gutter inspections and provide accurate assessments
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Prepare estimates and present solutions to homeowners
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Communicate consistently with customers throughout the process
Resolve issues quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Compensation
Uncapped commission structure
Average earnings: $80,000 – $150,000+ annually
Top performers: $200,000+
Performance-based bonuses and incentives

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Basic knowledge of roofing is a plus, not required
Experience with CRM systems is a plus, not required
