Express has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Georgetown, TX seeking an experienced B2B Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative and order-management support to a busy corporate Sales team.

This is not a retail, commission-based, or business development sales position. The ideal candidate will have experience working within a corporate B2B Sales environment , supporting Sales representatives and business accounts with customer purchase orders, Sales Order processing, quotes, invoices, Excel tracking, order documentation, and related administrative functions.

Pay Rate : $20.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE

Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase orders and Sales Orders, ensuring pricing, quantities, customer information, and delivery dates are accurate
• Enter and maintain customer, quote, and order information in company systems
• Prepare quotes, invoices, credit memos, RMAs, and related Sales documentation
• Track order status and communicate with corporate/business customers regarding orders and inquiries
• Maintain departmental logs and tracking information using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other internal departments
• Prepare Sales-related shipping paperwork and provide general administrative support to the Sales team

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in B2B Sales Support, Sales Administration, Order Management, Account Coordination, or a similar corporate Sales support role
• Experience supporting corporate/business accounts and a B2B Sales team
• Experience with Sales Orders, customer purchase orders, quotes, invoices, and related documentation
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and follow-through
• ERP/order-management system experience and a manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, engineering, or industrial background are a plus
• Must be reliable and able to work onsite Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
