Job Skills / Requirements

Hourly Rate: $19 per hour


Available Shift Schedules:


Monday - Friday: 4pm-12am.

1. Professional appearance - clean, well-groomed, confident presence. Must look the part at all times.
2. Service-oriented mindset - polite, calm, and respectful with residents while maintaining authority.
3. Strong communication skills - clear, professional speech; comfortable interacting with residents, guests, and vendors.
4. Situational awareness & discretion - understands access control, reads situations well, and avoids unnecessary escalation.
5. Reliability & consistency - dependable, punctual, and understands that resident satisfaction is critical.

Qualifications

• Ability to walk throughout the property for hourly tours
• Strong Observational Skills: The ability to notice and report suspicious behavior or activities
• Communication Skills: communicate information in a clear and concise manner to others, including incident reports and instructions
• Conflict Resolution Skills: De-escalating tense situations and resolving disputes peacefully
• Customer Service Experience required
• Valid CT Guard Card
• High school diploma or Transcripts
